CDI has extensive experience in the planning, analysis, design,
cost estimating, permitting and construction management of wastewater
treatment, collection and disposal systems. CDI’s experience
includes wastewater treatment facility plans, combined sewer
overflow studies, influent screening and grinding systems; influent
pump stations; primary and secondary treatment plants; primary
and secondary clarifiers; sludge digesters; sludge dewatering
systems; sludge landfills and incinerators; ultraviolet disinfection
systems; and outfall diffuser modeling and design.
CDI’s
wastewater collection system experience includes sewage pump
stations and force mains; gravity collection systems; small
diameter pressure sewers; and vacuum sewers.
Water
CDI has provided planning, analysis, design, cost estimating,
and construction management for many drinking water projects
including source development, treatment, and distribution
projects. Our experience includes water system master planning;
distribution system hydraulic modeling; wells and well pumps;
water intake structures; water treatment including disinfection,
fluoridation, filtration, and pH adjustment for corrosion
control; water booster pump stations; welded steel, bolted
steel, and wood stave water storage tanks; and water distribution
and transmission piping.
